Due to continued growth and coverage, our client now has a fantastic opportunity for a confident and professional Receptionist to join their Administration department. The courteous and approachable individual will be responsible for the meeting and greeting of all visitors and answering incoming telephone calls whilst dealing with queries.

Within this role you will forge links with all employees worldwide and pass requests and instructions as appropriate. Working closely with all other departments you will direct calls where necessary and whilst using Word, Excel, Outlook and the internet undertake tasks. Other responsibilities will include the distribution of stationary, incoming and outgoing mail and provide hospitality to senior management and guests.

The successful candidate for this role will be educated to GCSE level or equivalent in English and maths. You will understand the importance of confidentiality and have a flexible approach to occasionally work evenings and weekends.

This role will involve travel to other sites so a full UK driver's licence is also essential.

The successful candidate must have an understanding of the Christian ethos and principles and be comfortable working in that environment.
