Sales & Office Administration

Trinity Sailing Foundation is seeking to recruit an experienced Sales/Administrator to join its busy multi-skilled team in Brixham.

Trinity is a registered charity dedicated to supporting the development of young people through offshore sail training and to conserve the nationally important historic sailing vessels in its care.

The key functions of this full-time role are to deliver effective sales and administration support for this well established charity.

This role offers the opportunity for an individual with a proven track record in successful Telesales/service experience to demonstrate and further develop their existing skills. As the main point of contact for our customers, clients and supporters, the successful candidate will be enthusiastic and confident with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The role requires good IT skills (MS Office - Word/Excel/Outlook) and experience of customer database management systems. Knowledge of Sage would be an advantage but not essential.

This role will suit an organised, motivated and flexible individual who enjoys a busy office environment and working within a small supportive team.

The position is based at our office in Brixham working 40 hours per week.
The salary is 13k-15k depending on experience.
